📦 Shipping Policy

At SINGULARITY FASHION, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and swiftly across Pakistan — and to select international destinations on a special request basis. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy for information on how we handle the delivery of your orders.

📌 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During seasonal sales, new collections, or high-volume periods, order processing may take 1 additional business day.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable and trusted courier services to deliver orders across Pakistan.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, law and order situations, or courier operational issues.

📦 Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: PKR 350 nationwide
Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 4999
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery address.

📦 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for all orders across Pakistan.
The maximum limit for a single COD order is PKR 25,000. Orders exceeding this amount will require prepayment.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp, along with your tracking number.
You can track your order status using the provided tracking number on our courier partner’s website or by contacting our customer support.

📦 Failed Delivery Attempts

In case the delivery is not received, our courier partner will make two delivery attempts.
If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to us and marked as undelivered. In such cases, you can contact our support team to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

🌍 International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is available on request only.

Important:

International customers are requested to contact us via WhatsApp at +92-3351247247 before placing their order.
Our team will check shipping rates with our courier service provider based on your delivery address and country.
After confirming the shipping cost, the customer must separately transfer the shipping charges to the official SINGULARITY FASHION account provided by our support team on WhatsApp.
Once the shipping payment is received and confirmed by our team, the customer will be notified and may proceed to checkout and pay for their order using a credit card on our website.
No international orders will be processed without advance shipping payment confirmation.
