How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 2–4 working days in major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta, Peshawar) and 3–7 working days in other areas of Pakistan. Delivery times may vary during sales, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! COD is available across Pakistan. The maximum order value for COD is PKR 25000/-. Orders exceeding this amount require prepayment.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can track your order on our courier partner’s website.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, but only on request. International customers must contact us via WhatsApp at +92-3351247247 before placing an order. Shipping charges will be confirmed based on your address and must be paid separately via bank transfer or other approved channels. Once received, we’ll notify you to proceed with checkout.
Can I return a product?
Due to hygiene considerations, customized designs, and limited stock availability, we do not offer returns on purchased items.
However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible to request an exchange or store
credit voucher within the specified timeframe.
Can I exchange an item if it’s the wrong size or damaged?
Yes — you can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Sale items, custom orders, undergarments, and scarves/wraps are not exchangeable.
How do I request an exchange?

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are only processed if:
- The product is unavailable after your order
- Duplicate or overcharged payments occur due to technical errors
Refunds will be made via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 7–10 business days.
